Lunch orders can be placed for the entire school year (limited time offer), for the month, for the week, or for the day. When you select the link for your preferred option, this will take you to the correct order form where you will place your order. You will have the opportunity to create an account that allows you to review your order details during the checkout process.

Please note that you may place a lunch order for multiple days/week/months for the same child at the same time.

If you are paying for a yearly order in installments, your credit card on file will be charged on the same day every month for 9 months.

  1. Select if you want to place an order for a day, week, month, or the entire school year (limited time offer).
    This will take you to the correct order form where you will place your order.
  2. If you choose to order for the entire school year:
    • First, select your payment cadence: you will have the option to pay the full amount now or split your payment into 10 monthly installments.
    • Select who is getting lunch (Student, Grammar Homeroom Teacher, Grammar PSALM Teacher, Upper School Teacher, or Administrative Staff).
    • Enter the Contact Information for the order including the contact’s first name, last name, email address, contact phone, phone type, and consent to text messaging if your contact phone type is mobile.
    • Enter your order’s Delivery Location, the first and last name of the person receiving the lunch, and note any allergies to be considered.
    • Select the preferred options for the recipient that will guide menu selections for the year.  Individual days may not be modified.
  3. If you choose to order for a day:
    • Select who is getting lunch (Student, Grammar Homeroom Teacher, Grammar PSALM Teacher, Upper School Teacher, or Administrative Staff).
    • Enter the Contact Information for the order including the contact’s first name, last name, email address, contact phone, phone type, and consent to text messaging if your contact phone type is mobile.
    • Enter the Order details including the Delivery Location for the order, the first and last name of the person receiving the lunch, any allergies to be considered, the date and entrée for the order, and select any optional add-ons.
  4. If you choose to order for a week:
    • Select who is getting lunch (Student, Grammar Homeroom Teacher, Grammar PSALM Teacher, Upper School Teacher, or Administrative Staff).
    • Enter the Contact Information for the order including the contact’s first name, last name, email address, contact phone, phone type, and consent to text messaging if your contact phone type is mobile.
    • Enter your order’s Delivery Location, the first and last name of the person receiving the lunch, and note any allergies to be considered.
    • Then select the week for your order.
    • Once a week is selected, the options for that week will appear.  Choose the entrées and add-ons for each day.  Please select “No Lunch” to skip lunch on a particular day.
  5. If you choose to order for a month:
    • Select who is getting lunch (Student, Grammar Homeroom Teacher, Grammar PSALM Teacher, Upper School Teacher, or Administrative Staff).
    • Enter the Contact Information for the order including the contact’s first name, last name, email address, contact phone, phone type, and consent to text messaging if your contact phone type is mobile.
    • Enter your order’s Delivery Location, the first and last name of the person receiving the lunch, and note any allergies to be considered.
    • Then select the month for your order.
    • Once a month is selected, the options for that month will appear.  Monthly orders are pre-set based on your choices.  Individual days may not be changed.
  6. Once your order details are complete, please enter your credit card information and submit your order.
  7. Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that you may place a lunch order for multiple days / weeks / months for the same child at the same time.
If you are paying for a yearly order in installments, your credit card on file will be charged on the same day as your order every month for 9 additional months.

Our lunches are available for Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday throughout the school year.
Orders must be placed by 11:59 AM on Sunday for the upcoming week.

Same-day sick cancellations may be made by emailing us at [email protected] by 9:00 AM on the day of the unplanned absence.  A credit will be given for any meal that is cancelled by the deadline. No credits will be issued for annual meal plans. Annual Subscription members will not receive credits for missed days as they are built into your subscription rate. Please use credits before the end of the school year. Lunch credits do not roll over to the next school year.

If school is cancelled, your lunch order for that day will be automatically cancelled. No credits will be issues for annual meal plans. All other cancelled meals will receive a credit that can be applied to future orders.

Credit cards are charged when the order is placed. Annual subscription plans will be billed monthly on the same day as your order every month for an additional 9 months.
